About The Position
As a Central Processing Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our operating rooms and hospital floors running smoothly! You will master the art of cleaning and sterilizing medical instruments, ensuring every tool is spotless and ready for action. You will handle the assembly, processing, and distribution of medical instruments with attention to detail. You will play a crucial role in keeping patients safe by maintaining the highest sterilization standards. You will organize and store instruments efficiently. You will collaborate with operating room staff, hospital floors, and outside departments to keep everyone equipped and ready to go. You will catch any issues before they become problems, keeping our standards high. You will embrace our fast-paced, ever-changing environment and help implement new initiatives that keep our department evolving. If you're patient, detail-oriented, love hands-on work, and can take direction like a champ, this is your chance to shine! There are opportunities to advance your career to Tech II or III.
