We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Central Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations across data management, infrastructure support, product troubleshooting, and quality control. This role offers hands-on experience working closely with operations, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure systems and fulfillment operations run smoothly, workflows are efficient, and processes are scalable. You’ll have clear ownership of key operational tasks and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organization. Part-Time Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on business needs. However, weekend availability is a requirement. Candidates must be based in Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Massachusetts, or Ohio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in data analysis, technical support, operations, or quality control.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Tableau dashboards and basic SQL is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Able to review complex datasets and identify patterns or anomalies.
  • Basic understanding of hardware, systems, or data environments; comfortable learning new tools quickly.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical teams.
  • Candidates must be based in Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Massachusetts, or Ohio.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with Tableau dashboards and basic SQL

Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems, dashboards, and operational workflows; resolve routine issues and escalate complex ones.
  • Assist with hardware, PCs, and application troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recurring issues to support product and engineering improvements.
  • Review large datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify anomalies, flag inconsistencies, and escalate as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Support product testing, provide actionable feedback, and help ensure quality standards for customer orders and services.
  • Help operational teams understand SOPs and implement system best practices.

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $19-$22/hour for candidates based in Arkansas and Ohio. $21-$24/hour for candidates based in Arizona, Colorado, or Massachusetts.
