The Central Operations Manager role serves as a link between the central office team, field team and retail partners. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout the retailers the company operates in. The manager will ensure all Senior Directors, Regional Directors, and Regional Managers are maintaining required company standards and hitting profitability and business partnership goals. Coordination and analysis will be necessary to develop an in-depth knowledge of all operational procedures and processes to roll out guidance and direction.
