About The Position

This is a full-time position on the PM Shift. The Central Fill Fulfillment Specialist will follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company. They will assist with the preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations. The role involves maintaining automated production lines, inspecting/preparing packages, sorting, and applying manifest information to prescription orders. Responsibilities also include organizing totes on pallets for shipment, working with transportation partners, and assisting with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions. The specialist will escalate technical and workflow issues as needed, monitor and maintain uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, and perform basic troubleshooting of routine errors. Additionally, they will assist with replenishment of supplies, cleaning of workstations, create and maintain documentation, assist Inventory Technicians, and participate in Inventory Audits. Other duties may be assigned.

High School Diploma/GED
At least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
Good computer skills.
Good math skills.
Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Visual focus such as counting, observing, etc. is required consistently.
Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.
Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience.
Prefers to work in a closed-door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, phone work.)
