About The Position

This is a full-time position on the PM shift. The Central Fill Fulfillment Specialist will follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety, and security procedures and processes of the company. This role involves assisting with the preparation of intra-facility transfers, maintaining automated production lines, inspecting and preparing packages, sorting, and applying manifest information to prescription orders. The specialist will also organize totes on pallets for shipment and work with transportation partners. Additionally, they will assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies, monitor and maintain automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, and perform basic troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include assisting with replenishment of supplies, cleaning workstations, creating and maintaining documentation, and assisting Inventory Technicians with inventory audits. Other duties may be assigned.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.
Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience.
Prefers to work in a closed-door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, phone work.)

Responsibilities

Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.
Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment. Works with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores.
Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions. Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
Monitoring and maintaining uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.
Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
Create and maintain documentation as requested.
Assist Inventory Technicians as requested. Participate in Inventory Audits.
Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.
