About The Position
The Centering Pregnancy Coordinator manages the daily operations, scheduling, and logistics of the Centering program while supporting staff and participant enrollment. They serve on the Steering Committee, coordinate communication, track outcomes and evaluations, and ensure program quality, sustainability, and accreditation, while also collaborating with the Centering Healthcare Institute and partners within the system and community. This role is part of the Ambulatory Nursing team at Atrium Health Greater Charlotte, which provides comprehensive care across a 14-county region in over 600 locations and various medical specialties. The team fosters a culture of collaboration, professional governance, and excellence in nursing clinical quality outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

- Previous Centering Pregnancy Experience preferred
- BSN preferred
