Center Store Manager - Lima, OH
About The Position
The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position is accountable for inventory counts, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Center Store Manager oversees center store activities, supports daily operations, handles inventory and daily bookwork, and helps resolve guest concerns. As a member of the store leadership team, the manager may step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable and performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
- Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager, ensuring daily task lists are completed.
- Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
- Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
- Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
- Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and compliance audits, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins.
