About The Position
The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager is accountable for inventory accuracy, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to support strong partnerships and product availability. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the role oversees center store activities and daily bookwork, addresses guest concerns, and helps lead the store when other leaders are unavailable. The manager also performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store, promoting accountability and empowerment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
- Oversee center store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
- Ensure daily task lists are completed.
- Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
- Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
- Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service and keep the Store Manager informed.
- Serve on the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
- Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and compliance audits.
- Manage invoices and perform regular vendor check-ins to maintain financial integrity, strengthen partnerships, and ensure product availability.
