Center Store Lead - Full-Time
About The Position
This is an hourly lead position in the Center Store Packaged Goods Department, working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager. The primary duties involve merchandising, ordering, product movement, stocking, pricing, rotation, inventory (back stock control), returns, seasonal promotions, scanner maintenance, housekeeping, customer relations on the sales floor, and general supervision of the Packaged Goods Department in the Manager's absence. Secondary duties include working with the Corporate Merchandiser and other assignments from the Packaged Goods Manager. The role requires availability for 35+ hours per week, including days and weekends, based on department needs.
Requirements
- Senior customer service clerk familiar with Packaged Goods and Grocery
- Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week
- Must be available to be scheduled including Days and weekends
- Lifting, Carrying, Bending, Stooping, Pulling And Pushing With Repetitive Lifting To 50#
- Occasional Lifting To 80#
- Customer and Organizational Skills
