About The Position

The Center Store Lead is an hourly lead person in the Center Store Packaged Goods Department, working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager. This role's primary duties involve merchandising, ordering, product movement, stocking, pricing, rotation, inventory (back stock control), returns, seasonal promotions, scanner maintenance, housekeeping, customer relations on the sales floor, and general supervision of the Packaged Goods Departments in the Manager's absence. Secondary duties include working with the Corporate Merchandiser and other assignments from the Packaged Goods Manager. The position requires availability for 35+ hours per week, including days and weekends, based on department needs. Requirements

Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including Days and weekends, based on department needs.
Previous work experience as a Senior customer service clerk familiar with Packaged Goods and Grocery.
Lifting, Carrying, Bending, Stooping, Pulling And Pushing With Repetitive Lifting To 50#; Occasional Lifting To 80#.
