About The Position
Schnucks is seeking a Center Store Clerk to join their team. This role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking and rotating products, processing incoming inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various store departments. The position requires adherence to company safety guidelines and productivity standards. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Must be available between 6 am and 10 pm
- Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
- Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
- Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
- Manager approval based on performance if invited for an interview
- Bending
- Stooping
- Able to stock 50 cases per hour
- Able to work in a cold environment (-10 to 40 degrees)
- Able to push loaded two wheeler (average 100-120 pounds)
- Able to pull a loaded pallet (up to 700 pounds)
- Able to pull loaded stock truck
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Working on feet entire shift (4-8 hours)

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
- Stock, straighten, and rotate product on shelves in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods, and Grocery Departments
- Process incoming product from warehouse and direct store delivery vendors
- Read and understand shelf tags
- Sort damaged product for credit
- Operate a hand jack, power lift, and cardboard baler
- Follow company safety guidelines when using cutters, power lifts, and baler
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, refrigerated cases, cooler, and freezer
- Maintain company productivity standards
