The Center Standards Officer coordinates and administers the Center's Behavior Management System and Leadership Program in compliance with all DOL, corporate, and Center policies and regulations. This role is responsible for the administration of the Student Incentive and Discipline Systems and assists the Center Director in meeting the goals and objectives of the center. The position involves preparing statistical data for reports, emphasizing student accountability through training and coordination, ensuring proper recording and documentation of disciplinary systems, and providing feedback to staff on student behavior incidents. The Officer also ensures the proper functioning of the Student Behavior Management Council, monitors the student leadership program, and maintains involvement with Case Management Teams. Additionally, the role involves establishing dorm and education courts, providing behavior management training to staff, updating the behavior management plan, and implementing special programs to recognize positive behavior changes. The Officer works towards meeting performance management goals, supports the CDSS plan and Code of Conduct, adheres to property control policies, and complies with all DOL guidelines and Center policies. The role also includes maintaining good housekeeping, complying with safety practices, demonstrating Serrato Corporation's core values, modeling Career Success Standards, evaluating personnel, and being responsible for Center Outcome Measurement performance goals and surveys. The Officer attends and conducts training sessions, trains staff to be proactive in addressing negative behaviors, and helps students become more employable.
