About The Position

This role involves assisting the CSI Manager in administering the center's behavior management system. The CSI Assistant will be responsible for collecting, generating, and maintaining center data related to scheduling and attendance, as well as coordinating all center documentation related to student attendance. The position requires reviewing behavioral reports for consistency and conformity to rules, informing the supervisor of any irregularities, and assisting in monitoring class attendance reports. Additionally, the role supports the preparation of statistical reports for the Monthly Management Report and other disciplinary statistics, ensuring proper recording and documentation of disciplinary systems and adherence to Job Corps policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/High School Equivalency required.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree with at least one year’s experience working with young adults preferred.
  • Job Corps experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
