About The Position
The Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the PACE Center. The manager works with key management personnel to ensure services meet applicable licensing and regulatory agency standards for PACE and Adult Day Healthcare Center (ADHC) services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing, psychology, or gerontology.
- Experience working with Title XXII licensing regulations and the elderly population.
- At least three years of experience in a supervisory or management position in healthcare or a related field.
- Experience working collaboratively with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology disciplines.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree.
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location.
