We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Center Manager to lead one of our successful UPS Store locations in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing employees, improving operations, and taking ownership of a business. You'll lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive the store's financial success while working directly with a supportive local ownership team. The ideal candidate has college coursework, an associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent leadership experience in retail management, along with at least two years of retail store operations experience. They possess strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills, are proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other business software, and have the physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The successful candidate is an effective communicator who knows how to listen, lead by example, motivate a team, and drive outstanding customer service and operational performance.
