About The Position

The Center Manager (CM) plays a critical role in the overall functioning of a clinic. The CM is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and leading a high-performing team with high morale and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center. This role coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients, aiming to improve their quality of life. The CM facilitates patient care by collaborating with Satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives, consistently demonstrating a high standard of care and compassion. Additionally, the CM will play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members.

Requirements

One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience.
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL).
Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
Patient-centric approach.
Track record of leading interdisciplinary teams in providing quality care.
High energy, goal-oriented, and seeks opportunities to improve the environment for patients and staff.
Gains deep satisfaction from building relationships.

Nice To Haves

Management or Supervisor experience preferred.
BSN preferred.
