About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Center Manager/Physical Therapist for their thriving outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Roanoke, TX. This full-time position involves managing daily operations, carrying an active patient caseload, and working early and/or late shifts as required. The clinic has a patient population consisting of general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, sports, work strategies, and POETs. They are looking for passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to establish relationships within the clinic and community.

Requirements

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
• A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
