About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Roanoke, TX is seeking a full-time Center Manager/Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic. This clinic has 3 Physical Therapists and 1.5 Physical Support Staff and serves a patient population with general orthopedics, pre/post-operative conditions, trauma, sports injuries, work strategies, and POETs. The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining an active patient caseload, and working early and/or late shifts as required.

Requirements

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
• A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the clinic.
