About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Arlington, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to serve as a Center Manager. This outpatient rehabilitation role involves a full caseload of patient care, administrative duties, and relationship development. The clinic serves a variety of active adults with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, sports-related injuries, and work-related injuries. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with excellent communication and manual therapy skills, and possess an energetic, innovative, organized, and autonomous approach, with a desire to contribute to program development. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday, 7 AM – 6 PM, and Friday, 8 AM -12 PM, with variable shifts including early and late options.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required.
