About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Arlington, TX is seeking a full-time Center Manager to lead their Outpatient Rehabilitation team. This role involves managing a full caseload of patients with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, sports-related injuries, and work-related injuries. The position requires a blend of patient care, administrative duties, and relationship development. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with excellent communication and manual therapy skills, who is also energetic, innovative, organized, autonomous, and keen on contributing to program development. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM, and Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM, with variable shifts including early and late hours.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience preferred.
