About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Center Manager for their Outpatient Rehabilitation facility in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time position. The compensation will depend on the candidate's years of experience and internal equity. The role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team treating a variety of Orthopedic and Neurological diagnoses, including some vestibular and ReVital cases. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build relationships within the clinic and the community. The Center Manager will manage daily operations and maintain an active patient caseload.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience preferred.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required (For Center Manager/Speech).

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the clinic.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team (3 PT/1 OT/1 SLP/2 PSS).
Treat a variety of Orthopedic and Neurological diagnoses, including some vestibular and ReVital cases.
Develop relationships within the clinic and surrounding community.
Carry an active patient caseload.
