About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Center Manager for their Outpatient Rehabilitation facility. This full-time role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team treating a variety of Orthopedic and Neurological diagnoses, including some vestibular and ReVital cases. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build relationships within the clinic and community. The Center Manager will manage daily operations while also maintaining an active patient caseload. Working hours are variable between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with two late shifts required.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
