At our Centers for Healthy Aging, every day is an opportunity to help older adults stay active, connected, and thriving. We’re looking for energetic and compassionate Coordinators who are ready to bring programs, wellness activities, and meaningful connection to life in our communities. We are currently hiring for three Coordinator roles -- one full-time position based at our Lock Haven, PA, location, one part-time position at our Mill Hall, PA, location, and one full-time floating Coordinator who will travel between multiple Centers for Healthy Aging to provide coverage and support. In this highly interactive role, you will plan and lead a variety of programs that promote wellness, independence, and social connection -- ranging from fitness and health education to social and recreational activities. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating nutrition services, including congregate meals and Meals on Wheels, while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for all participants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. You’ll build connections, lead programs, and help create experiences that empower older adults to live healthier, more connected lives.
