About The Position

As our Center Experience Manager (CM), you are the CEO of your center. You are responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable experience while delivering the company’s financial results. This isn't an "office job"—it is a high-impact leadership role where you will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists. At UPMA Group, we hire for the future. The CM role is a major milestone on our leadership track, with many of our managers elevating into District Leadership.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.
  • Proficient in Excel/Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A deep desire to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required.
  • The "Go-Getter" Mindset: self-motivated, organized, and have a "personality plus" approach to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Produce results by being present on the floor, coaching associates in real-time to master package sales, product education, and the "EWC Standard of Excellence."
  • Proactively recruit top-tier talent and create a learning environment where your team feels motivated to hit daily goals and grow their own careers.
  • Partner with the District Manager and Regional Wax Trainers to analyze KPIs and execute action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure the center is pristine, safe, and fully compliant with state standards (TDLR).
  • Oversee inventory and visual marketing to keep the "Glow" consistent.
