Center Director/General manager

Musicologie Newark•Jersey City, NJ
•$52,000 - $58,000•Onsite

About The Position

You will run a thriving neighborhood learning center where kids build math confidence and a love of music. You will lead the team, welcome the families, and own how the center performs day to day. Two programs share our Millburn center: S.A.M. Singapore Math and Musicologie. You are the face of both and the person who makes the whole center work. You report directly to the owners and have real authority to make decisions, try new ideas, and shape how the center grows. This is first and foremost a sales and customer focused leadership role. Your number one priority will be turning leads into visits, visits into enrollments, and new families into long term customers. You will spend significant time following up with prospective families, conducting tours and assessments, and having enrollment conversations. You will also oversee daily operations, manage the teaching team, support staff, and ensure an excellent experience for every family across both S.A.M. Singapore Math and Musicologie. You do not need to be a musician or a math teacher. We will provide training on our programs.
