Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in home or center settings.
- Proven motivation for clinical and administrative leadership.
- Strong passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teams and stakeholders.
- Availability for onsite presence during center operating hours.

Responsibilities
- Managing & Supervising Teams: Direct BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to deliver consistent, top-tier ABA services.
- Assessments & Program Development: Oversee functional assessments, individualized goals, and dynamic intervention plans.
- Family & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster partnerships through training sessions and relationship-building with referral sources.
- Operational Leadership: Implement OBM tools, monitor metrics via analytics, and drive recruitment/training for center success.
- Ethical Oversight: Uphold BE Code of Conduct and BACB standards in all initiatives.
