Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
  • Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in home or center settings.
  • Proven motivation for clinical and administrative leadership.
  • Strong passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teams and stakeholders.
  • Availability for onsite presence during center operating hours.

Responsibilities

  • Managing & Supervising Teams: Direct BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to deliver consistent, top-tier ABA services.
  • Assessments & Program Development: Oversee functional assessments, individualized goals, and dynamic intervention plans.
  • Family & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster partnerships through training sessions and relationship-building with referral sources.
  • Operational Leadership: Implement OBM tools, monitor metrics via analytics, and drive recruitment/training for center success.
  • Ethical Oversight: Uphold BE Code of Conduct and BACB standards in all initiatives.
