About The Position

Beacon ABA Services is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to lead their new treatment center opening soon in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role involves managing both client and staff-related responsibilities, including outreach, record maintenance, inter-director communication, QA monitoring, scheduling, transportation coordination, center maintenance, and program development for clients. For staff, responsibilities include conducting field interviews, managing schedules, evaluating performance, attending meetings, and providing training. This is a crucial management opportunity for a BCBA looking to advance their career.

Requirements

• PhD or Masters in ABA, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
• Current BCBA Certification
• Current LABA in Massachusetts
• Three (3) years of experience in applied setting developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
