About The Position

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an experienced Center Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school. At The Learning Experience, our leaders create environments where teachers feel supported, families feel connected, and children thrive through joyful learning experiences. Our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum helps every child build strong academic and social foundations while fostering confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Requirements

• Massachusetts Director I and Director II certification required
• Minimum 2 years of center leadership experience required
• Strong organizational, communication, and team development skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience supporting enrollment growth and family retention preferred
• Passion for early childhood education and leadership

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
• Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
• Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
• Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
• Monitor financial performance and operational goals
• Strengthen family engagement and community relationships
• Foster a positive culture for children, families, and team members
• Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
