Requirements
- Active Colorado Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/NP) license
- Current DEA registration
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), men's health, wellness, weight management, endocrinology, or primary care
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care using established evidence-based protocols
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 clinical staff members
- Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain laboratory compliance
- Partner closely with the Physician Medical Director to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
- Foster a positive, patient-centered culture while driving clinic performance
