About The Position

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our Chattanooga, Tennessee clinic as Center Director. Requirements

Active board certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA, as applicable.
Active Tennessee licensure or authorization to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Active DEA registration appropriate for practicing in Tennessee and applicable state prescribing credentials.
At least 1–2 years of clinical experience.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational skills, and follow-through.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach and a desire to help your team succeed.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Care for patients directly: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress within established protocols and your professional scope of practice.
Build lasting relationships: Explain treatment options clearly and help patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported.
Develop your team: Lead, mentor, and support clinic staff while encouraging teamwork and accountability.
Guide daily operations: Coordinate clinic workflows to support efficiency, quality care, and an excellent patient experience.
Collaborate on clinical quality: Work with the Physician Medical Director to maintain clinical standards.
Maintain compliance: Uphold applicable laboratory requirements, clinic policies, and professional standards.
