About The Position

SynergenX | Low T Center is seeking a dynamic Center Director for their Sugarland clinic. This role is for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is ready for a leadership position while continuing to provide patient care. The center focuses on innovative, preventative care to help patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, preventative medicine, and making a meaningful impact, and will enjoy mentoring a small team.

Requirements

• Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required)
• Active DEA registration in Texas
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance
• Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care
