The Center Director/Family Service Worker will provide oversight of all center activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, provide comprehensive child development services, and support parents/families as they identify and meet their own goals, nurture the development of their children in the context of their family and culture, and advocate for communities that are supportive of children and families of all cultures by performing the following duties. Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) provides transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting, serving children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas. AEL offers FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K childcare/daycare programs serving 21 counties with numerous centers across the state. AEL implements an education curriculum from 6 weeks old and offers a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment. The organization's mission is to build a stronger community by empowering children and families with skills essential to their success.
