About The Position

Treetop ABA is seeking an experienced and passionate Center Director (BCBA) to lead their clinic in Hinesville, GA. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy services, and driving clinic growth. The Center Director will foster a positive and supportive clinic culture while ensuring compliance with all operational, clinical, and ethical standards. This is a fully in-person role, Monday through Friday, based on-site at the Georgia clinic.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and LBA if required
• 2–5 years of leadership or BCBA Experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
• Ability to balance operational goals with client-centered care
• Passion for leading teams and making a lasting impact

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of clinic staff
• Partner with clinical leadership to uphold quality ABA services
• Drive growth through community engagement and team development
• Ensure compliance with all operational, clinical, and ethical standards
• Foster a positive, supportive, and mission-driven clinic culture
