About The Position

Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) is seeking a part-time Center Data Clerk for the Southwest Senior Center. This role is responsible for maintaining and reporting accurate information related to senior center and transportation services. PCA is a private nonprofit organization founded in 1973, dedicated to improving the quality of life for older Philadelphians and those with disabilities by facilitating a comprehensive system for long-term care in home and community-based settings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related work experience
  • Interest and/or experience in aging services
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate with professional staff both in the center and the outside network
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills (in person and over the phone) with various constituents including Center members, community partners, and staff
  • Ability to effectively utilize technology, and learn new systems, such as data tracking systems (Copilot), Office 365 and associated systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to keep accurate records
  • Data entry and math skills required

Responsibilities

  • Using the vendor portal, schedule rides for groups or individuals requiring Shared Ride transportation who qualify for our funding source.
  • Reconcile and provide monthly report for Shared Ride services.
  • Schedule local trips for center participants via the vendor portal.
  • Maintain transportation data and enter required information in Copilot reporting system.
  • Assist in the maintenance of consumer membership records.
  • Enter participant attendance information in Copilot reporting system for services not captured by touch screen data entry.
  • Maintain statistical information for assigned programs including running reports in Copilot as requested by the Center Director.
  • Provide coverage for the Front Desk and Kitchen as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
