This full-time position involves preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and snacks, as well as prepping dinner for later service. The cook will be responsible for adhering to Utah health guidelines, childcare licensing regulations, and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines. Key duties also include maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, managing food deliveries and storage, completing weekly pickup orders, and documenting meals and inventory.
