About The Position

The Center Associate delivers customer service to retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate advises customers about products, services, and value options, and applies industry best practices. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. The role requires learning all aspects of the business quickly. Pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong customer service skills and abilities.
Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
Outstanding phone skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
Strong attention to detail.
Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
Able to lift 40 or more pounds.
