About The Position

The Part-Time Center Associate provides customer service to retail customers by receiving and processing courier shipments and operating copiers, fax machines, binding and laminating equipment, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate advises customers about products, services, and value options, and applies industry best practices. The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. The role requires learning all aspects of the business quickly.

The position is located at 1525 US Hwy 380 Ste 500, Frisco, TX 75033. Pay is $14 per hour plus 3% commission on all sales. The schedule is 25 to 30 hours per week over a six-day work week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
• Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a six-day work week.
• Previous retail sales experience.
• Strong internet skills.
• Friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor and professional appearance.
• Able to learn all aspects of the business quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Take ownership of customers' shipping needs and offer viable solutions.
• Learn product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
• Operate equipment, software, and devices expertly and be willing to teach others.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
