About The Position
The Role: Neighborhood Hero (aka Retail Associate) Status: Full-Time / Multi-Tasking Ninja The Vibe Are you the person your friends call when they can’t figure out how to format a PDF? Do you have a secret talent for packing a box so securely it could survive a trip to Mars? If you’re a tech-savvy problem solver with a "consider it done" attitude, we want you on the front lines. We aren't just shipping boxes; we’re saving the day. Whether it's a frantic entrepreneur needing last-minute business cards or a grandparent mailing a fragile heirloom, you’re the expert they rely on. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Master of Machines: You’ll be the pilot of our high-tech fleet—copiers, fax machines, laminators, and binding gear. If it has a button or a touchscreen, you’re the boss of it. Logistics Legend: You’ll receive and process packages like a pro, ensuring everything gets where it needs to go safely and efficiently. The Answer Human: You’ll advise customers on the best ways to ship, print, and promote, turning "I’m not sure how to do this" into "Wow, thanks!" Store Curator: You’ll help keep our space looking sharp, organized, and ready for action. Are You The One? Tech-Fluent: You know your way around Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites. You don’t fear the "Printer Error" message; you conquer it. People Person: You have a genuinely helpful demeanor and a professional edge. You can talk to anyone and make their day better. Fast Learner: You’re like a sponge for information. You want to learn the ropes and then start showing others how it’s done. Reliable & Robust: You’re prompt, responsible, and don't mind a little heavy lifting (must be able to lift 40+ lbs). The Nitty-Gritty (Qualifications) Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Previous retail experience is a huge plus, but a great attitude is a must. Skills: Strong math and spelling (because details matter!), great phone presence, and top-tier listening skills.
