The UPS Store is a locally owned franchise retail store, under the UPS brand, that offers an environment of positive and customer oriented employees that work together as a team to provide our customers with a welcoming retail experience by receiving and processing packages for shipment, efficiently processing Amazon and other business returns, assisting with printing and copying requests, and providing our array of other related retail services. We are looking for a candidate to join our team that enjoys working with other team members in a fast paced environment to assure our customer’s needs are met in an efficient, positive and customer friendly manner. The optimal candidate will display an aptitude for greeting customers with a smile and positive welcome, an ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner, and a professional demeanor and appearance. The candidate would also be a fast learner who utilizes training options to quickly grasp all aspects of the business, and ideally has 2 to 5 years of experience in delivery of positive and friendly customer service in previous retail positions. The pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, plus a monthly incentive bonus based on meeting overall store performance goals.
