About The Position

Spinnaker Oilfield Services, now part of RPC Inc. and merged with Cudd Energy Services, is seeking an experienced Cementing Supervisor with a CDL A for its operations in Hobbs, NM. The company, founded in 2014, has grown to become a market leader in oilfield primary cementing, expanding its services to the Delaware basin. This role involves supervising day-to-day service operations, including Cementing & Acid/Pumpdown, for a designated district.

Requirements

Experienced Cementing Supervisor
CDL A (Commercial Driver's License Class A)
Ability to supervise two or more employees.
Knowledge of rigging up and running applicable equipment on the rig.
Understanding of company policies and procedures.
Ability to coordinate and supervise safety of the crew.
Experience in preparation and mobilization of tools.
Proficiency in performing periodic tool inspections and filing reports.
Ability to act as a liaison between the company and customer representative.
Skill in instructing crews in safe working practices, proper operations, and equipment care.
Willingness to perform general labor and other assigned duties.
Must be able to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.

Responsibilities

Supervises two or more employees in day-to-day service operations (Cementing & Acid/Pumpdown) for designated District.
Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
Coordinates and supervises the rigging up and running of applicable equipment on the rig, safely and efficiently.
Coordinates and supervises implementation of company policies, procedures and maintenance of equipment on the rig.
Coordinates and supervises the safety of the crew at the rig site.
Coordinates and supervises preparation and mobilization of tools.
Coordinates and supervises periodic tool inspections and filing of all pertinent reports.
Acts as liaison between the company and the customer representative.
Instructs the crews in safe working practices, proper operations, care and maintenance of equipment.
Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
