About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role leads daily cement production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cement manufacturing. The supervisor will monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making, collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability, and support and coach production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cement production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cement manufacturing.
• Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Support and coach production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain all required ATF approvals.
• Must successfully complete the ATF application process, including all required background investigations, screenings, and compliance reviews.
• Must maintain compliance with all applicable Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations and company policies as a condition of employment.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion and approval of the ATF background review process.
