Cement Production Supervisor
About The Position
The Cement Production Supervisor leads daily cement production activities at a cement manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. The role monitors and optimizes plant performance through data-driven decision-making, works with maintenance and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability, and supports and coaches production staff to foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The supervisor ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards. The role is based in indoor and outdoor industrial settings. It involves walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, with possible exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. The position follows a 12-hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Employment is contingent on successful completion and approval of the ATF background review process.

- Must successfully complete the ATF application process, including required background investigations, screenings, and compliance reviews.
- Must maintain compliance with applicable Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations and company policies as a condition of employment.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion and approval of the ATF background review process.
