About The Position

Spinnaker Oilfield Services, a leading provider of oilfield primary cementing, is seeking a Cement Field Bulk Loader for their Hobbs, NM location. Founded in 2014, Spinnaker has experienced rapid growth and is a market leader in the Anadarko basin, expanding into the Delaware basin in 2020. In 2023, Spinnaker was acquired by RPC Inc. and merged with Cudd Energy Services. This role is responsible for verifying, loading, transporting, and unloading bulk cement product, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and all procedures comply with company standards.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.

Experience operating specialized company equipment for loading chemical products
Ability to read and interpret load schedules
Knowledge of company safety standards for spotting equipment
Experience operating and maintaining auxiliary and support equipment
Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Responsibilities

Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
Drives specialized company equipment for loading chemical products.
Reads and interprets load schedules.
Spots equipment into position, for loading and unloading according to company safety standards.
Operates and maintains auxiliary and support equipment.
Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as needed.
Follows supervisor guidance concerning all operations.
Attends all required safety meetings (on-site and off).
Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
