The Cellar Supervisor reports to the Cellar Master and is responsible for the direct supervision of cellar staff. They are responsible for directing day-to-day routine and complex cellar and cleaning procedures and activities in accordance with winemaking and operational policies, to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency and the high quality of all wines produced. The Cellar Supervisor will also be expected to conduct cellar activities, if necessary, due to being short staffed, or if the production schedule is at risk. Acts as backup in the absence of the Cellar Master. Graveyard Shift: Sunday through Thursday 9:30 pm - 6:00 am
