Cell Therapy Analytical Development Intern

Bristol Myers Squibb•Seattle, WA

About The Position

The intern will support development of cell-based bioassays within the Cell Therapy Analytical Development Team. The role contributes to multiple assays at varying stages of maturity, from early development and proof-of-concept studies through phase-appropriate validation and transfer. It provides hands-on laboratory experience in assay development, data analysis, and scientific documentation. The intern will collaborate with scientists to help deliver robust, fit-for-purpose assays that meet regulatory expectations. The position is open to students currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. This is a temporary, time-bound internship intended to last for the internship or co-op program and does not guarantee continued or permanent employment after program completion. The internship period is June 7 through August 13, 2027. Pay is listed as $24.00–$45.00, with the pay structure and amount determined according to local practices and objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location. Interns may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at hire and throughout employment, without requiring current or future sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization sponsorship.
