About The Position

This is a full-time role for a Cell Technician on the 2nd shift. The position involves supporting production by performing assembly, testing, and inspection tasks to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The role is onsite and requires collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized work area. The technician's contributions directly impact product quality, safety, and delivery performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • US Person status
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Manual dexterity and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain performance while following procedures and safety requirements

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and make necessary adjustments to correct non-conforming assemblies
  • Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
  • Operate required test equipment, verify calibration, and record accurate readings
  • Conduct test audits and routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed
  • Assist and instruct others in daily activities and ensure appropriate tooling and hardware availability
  • Maintain organized, clean, and foreign object damage (FOD) free work areas
  • Follow safety rules and participate in quality and continuous improvement efforts
