About The Position
This role involves operating and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The Cell Tech will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of machines and plants, performing maintenance and repairs, and identifying and correcting program issues to enhance functionality. A key aspect of the role is supporting quality standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including HR, data protection, and HSE. Additionally, the Cell Tech will contribute to efficiency improvements by identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Experience in operating machines and plants
- Knowledge of maintenance, servicing, and repair of machines and equipment
- Ability to correct machine programs
- Understanding of quality standards and compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws, and HSE requirements
- Skills in identifying and solving process bottlenecks
- Ability to implement targeted solutions for efficiency improvements
Responsibilities
- Carrying out the operation of machines and plants in accordance with established procedures and work instructions
- Administering maintenance, servicing and repairs on machines and equipment to ensure trouble-free and long-term production
- Correcting machine programs after identifying problems to enhance functionality
- Supporting efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws as well as health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
- Maintaining efficiency improvements by solving process bottlenecks and implementing targeted solutions
