About The Position

As a Cell Phone Repair Technician you will help customers with mobile devices, wireless plans, accessories, troubleshooting, basic phone setup while driving sales, and delivering an upscale customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous wireless, electronics, retail, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology and mobile systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with phone activations, upgrades, and account support
  • Troubleshoot basic mobile device issues and technical concerns
  • Recommend phones, accessories, and wireless products based on customer needs
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, plans, and devices
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Meet sales goals and performance expectations
  • Process transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Help maintain a professional and welcoming sales environment
