About The Position

The Cell Lead assists the Cell Manager with day-to-day operations and supports production kitting, warehouse management system (WMS) transactions, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment. The role helps ensure materials are retrieved, unpacked, packaged, and labeled appropriately, inventory records remain accurate, and safety regulations are followed. The position works collaboratively with other warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.

The listed schedule is Shift C: Week 1, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; Week 2, Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual Korean language skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cell Manager with day-to-day operation planning.
• Retrieve and unpack (kit) items for production, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Manage kitting raw materials in the WMS, including Pick, G/I (Good Issue), Return, and Put Away transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory-level records and track product movement.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock records are accurate.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to support efficient and timely order fulfillment.
