Requirements

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred experience in paint, Blueprint reading, use of measuring devices and good mechanical aptitude, use of hand and power tools.
Munters Corp Orientation, Quality and Safety Assurance Awareness, Electrical.

Responsibilities

Leads morning Tier Meetings with direct reports in their assigned areas of responsibility.
Ensures scheduled orders are built per the production schedule to meet scheduled ship dates.
Directs and assists paint department employees with daily work assignments.
Ensures daily labor is entered and in-process check sheets are completed as required.
Responsible for safety awareness and enforcement of safety practices (including the use of PPE).
Assists supervisor with skills and knowledge development of existing and new employees.
Complete quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork.
Maintain safe, and organized work area.
Notify supervisor or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, or documentation.
